Though labeled Cabernet, this includes ample amounts of Syrah and traces of Merlot, Cab Franc and Malbec in the blend. The tannins are strikingly dry, and the peppery berry-flavored fruit seems precise and focused. Consistent in both style and quality with previous vintages, this finishes with an impression of bitter chocolate.
