Chateau Ste. Michelle is now the world's largest single producer of Riesling, and this basic bottling alone is 669,000 cases. Residual sugar is just over 2%, alcohol around 12%, creating a balance of fresh tastes of green apple and peach, elevated with the slightest impression of CO2 on the tongue.
