Sourced from Cold Creek and StoneTree vineyards, this spent 20 months in new French oak. The barrel aging puts a big frame of toast and spice around the blueberry/blackberry fruit, and continues into a finish with some unresolved tannins that turn bitter. Give this more time to pull the fruit and barrel flavors together.
