A return to 100% varietal Pinot Gris, this is done in a vivid, leesy style, with excellent texture and depth of flavor. Clean and fresh herb, celery, jicama and melon flavors abound, just hinting at white peach at the far end of its gentle ripeness. The flavor penetration and overall crisp definition are very fine.
