Subtitled Vin de Vinarchiste, this is a blended wine from organically grown grapes which include the local Fer and Périgord alongside Bordeaux varieties. It is a crisp wine showing some tight, almost green-pepper flavors as well as smoky acidity. It is young but will be ready to drink soon. Drink from early 2017.
