Chatham 2014 Church Creek Merlot (Virginia's Eastern Shore)

This Merlot has aromas of black cherry, juniper, and white pepper. The palate is spicy in tones of clove and cinnamon, with an undercurrent of black plum and cherry. Ample acidity, a full body and generous tannic structure lead to a long, spicy finish. Carrie Dykes
