This meticulously crafted Riesling is made from selected lots from the Corral Creek and Stoller vineyards. Harvested at Germanic brix levels, it's nonetheless bone dry, compact and concentrated, with fruit flavors of apple, pear, pineapple and grapefruit. As expected, there's plenty of lip-smacking natural acid, giving lift and verve as the wine lingers into an intense and lingering finish.
