Chehalem 2019 Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

This is a modest, slightly green wine, with plenty of herbal, brambly fruit flavors. The tannins and acidity are abundant but proportionate, and the overall impression is that this fruit is less than optimally ripened, but still varietally on point. Drink over the next two or three years. Paul Gregutt
