Cherry Hill 2006 Estate Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

The 2006 has the same pungency as the 2005, an assertive combination of tomato leaf and earth; but with a riper core of pretty cherry fruit. This wine is still in search of its perfect balance; the herbal and earthy components are a little too dominant. Paul Gregutt
