Flashy and fresh on the nose, with some applesauce and cider to give it gravitas. The palate has pulsing acidity and flavors of apple, melon, pineapple and toast. Call it sweet if you like, but there's enough verve to it so that it's not seem heavy or candied. But drink it now.
