Chinook 2004 Sémillon (Yakima Valley)

Tart and sharp, with a pleasing tang and snap. The complex, clean and crisp flavors layer fig, citrus rind and clove with high notes of candied orange and citrus blossom. Great varietal character, cool-climate acidity; this is very sophisticated winemaking with spot-on flavors. Paul Gregutt
