This Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc blend was co-fermented in stainless steel, followed by eight months in once- and twice-used French oak barrels with acacia heads. It has a fresh nose of lemon peel, pineapple and peach. The wine is lighter bodied, with elevated acidity and flavors of Mirabelle plum, lime zest and nutty genmaicha tea. Michael Alberty
