This blend of Merlot and native grape Xinomavro results in a spicy and savory nose of smoked meat and balsamic, and appealing flavors of dried herbs, sausage and spice. Robust but balanced, it has a vibrant character that will pair well with hearty meat dishes. A very interesting red with an exotic touch.
