Cinder 2012 Syrah

The 5% Viognier co-fermentation shows itself first, with notes of flowers and orange peel. Next the wine opens fully to reveal roasted meat, wet gravel and coffee. The palate is lighter in style and shows a pleasing sense of balance with tart acidity and a sultry feel. Sean P. Sullivan
