Tart red-cherry and red-plum aromas meet with potpourri and wet loam on the nose of this appellation blend. Plenty of herbs, including oregano and marjoram, cause excitement on the palate, where a rich core of black-plum extract is sprinkled with black-tea and licorice flavors. Matt Kettmann
