Clayhouse 2007 Adobe White (Central Coast)

Actually from the Paso Robles area despite the Central Coast appellation on the label, this wine is mainly Chenin Blanc, with Chard and some other varieties. It's a decent everyday wine, notable for the brisk acidity, almost spritzy, that brings to life the jammy citrus, green apple, apricot and honeysuckle flavors.
