The winery's Poetry Vineyard names its blocks for famous rock songs, this one a combination of Van Morrison's “Moondance” and Aerosmith's “Dream On.” The resulting wine, mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller portions of Petit Verdot, Malbec and Merlot, is elegant in earthy cinnamon and clove followed by currant and black cherry, with a spiciness to the taste. The finish all savory, smoky oak.
