This is a sun-kissed, plushly textured blend of equal parts Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Clairette, sourced entirely from limestone soils. Vinified and matured in 20–25% new French oak, it's supple but freshly balanced and highlights pristine yellow apple, apricot and grapefruit flavors. While it drinks beautifully already, it should gain savory complexities through 2028. Anna Lee C. Iijima
