This salmon-colored Cava is made of Pinot Noir, and it offers stone fruit and apple aromas in front of a fruity palate. This isn't a complex bubbly but it's friendly and clean. Red-fruit, citrus, cocoa and yeasty flavors all pop up for a moment while never taking center stage. A lightly bready finish is good but basic.
