Col Solare 2011 Red (Red Mountain)

Cellar Selection

This is Col Solare's first release to be designated from Red Mountain, with its estate vineyard making up 87% of the blend. Principally Cabernet Sauvignon along with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, the wine features notes of red and black fruit, high-toned herbs, chocolate and barrel spices. It shows a good mixture of elegance and power with a supple feel and well structured tannins. Best from 2018 to 2023. Sean P. Sullivan
