This cooperative, situated in Aÿ in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, has produced a rich, structured wine from this fine vintage. It has tension, with a taut mineral character along with excellent white fruit flavor. Even at 11 years, the wine is young and will benefit from some bottle age. Drink from 2017.
