Collier Falls 2000 Hillside Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry Creek Valley)

Brilliantly flavored, with lush flavors of blackcurrants and cassis, clearly a classic Cabernet Sauvignon. Tannins are opulent and thick and should hold the wine for several years. There is a youthful, peppery bitterness throughout that will soften in time.
