Collier Falls 2001 Hillside Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry Creek Valley)

Gritty tannins mark this young wine. It has a sandpapery feel, but underneath all that are impressive flavors. Blackberries, cherries and coffee really shine on the finish. Good now; better in a few years.
