The red wine companion to the excellent Two Vines Vineyard 10 white shows a soft entry with tart, herbal flavors of red currant and plum. The tannins have been polished up, but still have a green edge to them. This Syrah, Sangiovese and Cab Sauvignon blend makes a good, all-purpose pizza wine.
