The Cabernet Franc has been released each year since 1991, and it is consistently fine. Less tannic than most examples of varietal Franc, it has a pretty cherry/berry bouquet, augmented with chocolate shavings and cedar. Tart, with good grip and high acids, it's a wine to age and enjoy with rich meats.
