Starts out clean and neutral before unveiling hints of white peach and early season nectarine. The mouth is jolting in its acidity, creating a slightly tart flavor profile that drives home green apple and lemon. For some it will seem sharp; others will probably say it's Sauvignon Blanc in its best form.
