Aromas of cherry-chocolate and rubber are firm and a little closed. And such a bouquet doesn't really portend a flavor profile dominated by pink grapefruit and tight citrus. But that's really where this Cava rests: in the mouth, it's single-mindedly about pink grapefruit, which is fine if that's a flavor you like.
