The color is so light that it wouldn't pass for rosé in most circles. The bouquet is equally light, so much so that it's boring. The palate features a struggling mix of banana, clove and resin flavors, and the finish seems heavy more than it is clean. Lacks pop and pizzazz. —M.S.
