Made with Roviello Bianco and vinified in both steel and tonneaux, this deeply colored white wine has aromas of toasted oak, nut and a whiff of citrus peel that carry over to the palate. It's lean in terms of fruit richness, offering tangy sensations of just-squeezed lemon, saline, and a hint of yellow apple skin alongside firm acidity. An almond note closes the bitter finish.
