Cooper Hill 2019 Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

This is a second label for Cooper Mountain, but it uses estate-grown biodynamic grapes from the same vineyards. This young wine has stiff herbal tannins and an overriding green character that runs from the fruit on through the finish. Brambly blackberry flavors and thistle and pine needle notes abound. Paul Gregutt
