Copain Wines 2004 Hacienda-Secoya Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley)

Tastes a little on the tannic side for an ‘04 Pinot, with an astringency that locks down the fruit. But there's a good core of sweet cherry and cranberry. Might soften by 2008.
