Copper Belt 2016 Pinot Noir (Oregon)

The winery is in Baker City, but these grapes come from the Willamette Valley. It's done in a dark, roasted style, with punchy black fruits, coffee, tobacco and barrel toast. Don't look for elegance, but there's plenty of powerful flavor in a mid-priced Pinot. Paul Gregutt
