This blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Counoise shows sharp aromas of pressed olallieberry, cola, uncracked peppercorns and dried oregano on the nose. A strong central line of smashed plum, fig and sweet berries arises on the sip, but with tons of herbal lift. It's a buoyant and well-rounded flavor profile, fruity but herbal.
