Cória 2019 Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley)

Showing definite sweetness on the palate, this skirts the border of off dry. Honey, ripe pears, peaches and a streak of vanilla complete a full-bodied, well-rounded and fruit-forward style. It would be interesting to try this with a slice of peach pie or pear tart. Paul Gregutt
