Corley 2007 Yewell Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (St. Helena)

Cellar Selection

Right now this is a big, tough Cabernet. It's very dry and oaky, and the black and red cherry flavors have a jammy edge. Despite the apparent simplicity, you find yourself returning to it, a good sign that suggests complex ageability. Give it 4–6 years in a cool cellar.
