This blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a small amount of Pinot Blanc features aromas of pear and nectarine withtouch of marzipan. The crisp mouthfeel and superfrothy bubbles will wake your palate up in time to enjoy flavors of lemon drops, white pepper and saline. Dry and delightful. This wine spent six months in neutral oak, with 32 months en tirage. Disgorged December 21. Michael Alberty
