Made with organically grown Chardonnay, this opens with scents of dried stone fruit, acacia honey, chamomile and toast. The aromas follow through to the foaming palate along with candied lemon slice, vanilla and dried apricot alongside a soft mousse. A bitter walnut note marks the close.
