This starts out with mustard and horseradish aromas, but with the chance to breath, it reveals a dark berry scent. The palate feels tannic and sticky, with flavors of cooked plum, hard spice and brown sugar. It's grabby, fiery and full of flavor on the finish, with a slightly abrasive feel.
