Ciel du Cheval—one of Washington's top vineyards—now has its own wine label, and this lush Viognier is the first release. A rich array of fruit runs from orange peel and pineapple into more tropical flavors of guava and mango. It was whole-cluster pressed, and the skin flavors add grip to the finish.
