Coto de Hayas 2010 Garnacha-Syrah (Campo de Borja)

Gritty, toasty and burnt smelling, with stalky aromas of burning hay and rubber. It feels solid, with herbal flavors of tomato and basil that are given heft via additional flavors of grilled beef and leather. This has a medium-long on the finish. Michael Schachner
