Couvillion's single- vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is now in its third vintage. It's loaded with dark, toasty scents with light red fruit flavors. It tastes of strawberries, raspberries and pretty cherry candy, pleasant and fresh, with a fair amount of chocolaty spice from the barrel aging.
