From a 10-acre site called Scopus farmed by Ulises Valdez, this wine is rich and golden in color, given time to barrel-ferment and develop layers of fulsome complexity. Oaky, it has weight and depth, veering into ripe tropical notes and vanilla as it develops in the glass.
