This wine is 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 10% Mourvèdre. It opens with aromas of white pepper, potpourri, herbs and raspberries. The flavors are soft, displaying a very pretty mouthfeel and a pleasing sense of restraint.
