A luscious, heady perfume of blackberry, florals, olive, peppery spice and a little graphite lead to a palate of both power and grace. Highly textured tannins wrap around silky berry fruit. Lifted acidity and spice add another layer of freshness and complexity. The finish is long and floral. Drink with a plate of protein until around 2037. Christina Pickard
