This gose-style sour ale packs a seriously mouth-puckering punch, but in a delightful, balanced way. Brewed with salt and grapefruit zest, it opens with bright scents of salted grapefruit and lemon peel that are partnered with hints of raw sourdough and hay bale. The lightweight palate is super refreshing and mouthwatering, with vibrant acidity, lively carbonation and additional hints of pineapple core, crab apple, pressed yellow flowers and cracker malt to complement the tart grapefruit-pith core.
