Craneford 2005 John Zilm Cabernet Sauvignon (Barossa Valley)

This is a big, full-bodied (15.5% alcohol) wine, with pleasant cassis and chocolate flavors and a mouthwatering finish. But something isn't quite right with the aromatics, which carry a persistent hint of wet dog. Hmmm. Joe Czerwinski
