The youngest of Cristom's estate vineyards, Eileen is also at the highest elevation. Flavors follow: it is perhaps the most “Oregonian” of the lineup, with noticeable touches of tomato leaf and wet soil, along with tart blackberry and vanilla. Finishing tannins are quite dry and austere.
