Half of this wine was fermented with whole clusters and native yeasts then aged for 18 months in 41% new French oak. Its dusty raspberry aromas lead to a midpalate rich with crushed red fruit flavors. It finishes with a savory suggestion of chicken stock, along with well-modulated, drying tannins. Paul Gregutt
