Croft Vineyards 2019 Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley)

This top-tier vineyard does exceptionally well with its Sauvignon Blancs, and applies similar practices to this Pinot Gris. Spicy, leesy and loaded with citrus, apple and pear, it's a crisp, refreshing wine with a foundation of wet stones. Just a hint of residual sugar helps to round off the acids, but it's quite dry. Paul Gregutt
