Croft supplies Sauvignon Blanc grapes to a number of Oregon wineries, and has a sure hand with its own version. The newest vintage is young, pungent, penetrating and grassy. It touches on pea-vine, thistle, grapefruit and apple scents and flavors, and will benefit from another year or two of bottle age and/or aggressive aeration. Paul Gregutt
